This is an Aruban residential area south  of the airport . The house is a very short walk to a small market,  restaraunt, beach and bus stop.  

Marina Pirata, a fine dining restuarant right on the water, is a short walk away. Nearby is a very nice local place with a great territorial and ocean view called B55. Other local places and some great beachside restaurants like Old Man and the Sea and Flying Fishbone are just a short drive away in Saveneta.

SPAANS LAGOEN (Spanish lagoon)

Spanish Lagoon is a reef-protected area. The beach is accessed through the mangove trees in Mangel Halto Park.There is a gentle sandy entry to the water that is great for children and adults. Beginning scuba divers will love it and the snorkeling is excellent. It is also a wonderful area for kayaking. All this is just a short walk from the house!
